Cleaning the pipe surface. Slide on the wall collar and place it in the designated position. For wall collars up to pipe OD 315 mm. Two fastening straps, placement on both sides of the flange. For wall collars from pipe OD 355 mm. Three fastening straps, placement on both sides of the flanges, as well as between the flanges.
Assembly Instructions
| 1 | Cleaning the pipe surface. Sliding the wall collar and placing it in the place provided. |
| 2 | Place the straps and tighten with a screwdriver until the straps are tight. |
| 3 | The wall collar is now ready for embedding in concrete, sufficient compaction in the area of the wall collar must be ensured. |
| ! | • The collar is not a fi xed point or bearing and therefore cannot absorb any mechanical forces. • The minimum concrete coverage should not be less than 3 cm. Attention to cement data sheet B29 (self-compacting concrete), cement data sheet H10 (waterproof concrete). |
