- Returns are only possible for goods with a value of at least 100 euros per order and return (a combination of different orders to reach the stated value will not be accepted)
- Special materials/cut-to-size items are generally excluded and cannot be returned.

The return receipt must be enclosed with the return shipment and is valid for 6 weeks from the date of issue.
