Return of goods

Return conditions:

The goods are not older than 12 months (the invoice date applies)
The goods are generally to be sent to our warehouse with carriage paid (duty paid, taxed):

We charge at least 30% of the value of the goods as a handling fee. The deduction is higher for damaged/dirty goods.
Returns are only possible for goods with a value of at least 100 euros per order and return (a combination of different orders to reach the stated value will not be accepted).
Special materials/cut-to-size items are generally excluded and cannot be returned.

Please let us know if you wish to return the goods so that we can send you a return receipt.
The return receipt must be enclosed with the return shipment and is valid for 6 weeks from the date of issue. Returns without a corresponding return receipt will not be accepted.
