| 1 | Prepare casing end seal suitable for medium pipe size. Cut off with a sharp knife between the markingand the end of the step. |
| 2 | Slide on casing end seal on the carrier pipe before pipe connection. |
| 3 | After connecting the pipe, pull the casing end seal over the casing pipe end. |
| ! | • Pull small end of the seal over the carrier pipe. • After connections the pipe, pull the large end of the seal over the casing pipe as far as possible. The fitting position of DU and STM seals is determined by their design. • Place stainless steel straps around the small and large diameters. Pull the free end of the strap at least 50 mm through the square opening in the clamp and then fold it. The folded end must be placed under the fastening strap. Tighten the clamp as far as possible using a socket spanner. See also the installation instruction for steel strap. |
